Just as a sense of community is important to you, The Atlantic’s community is vibrant yet private. Most of these residential units will be on the upper floors of each of the four buildings.

Each residential floor includes a nursing station with 24/7 supervision provided. Each room will be luxuriously furnished and includes a spa like bathroom. Our Villas will feature a combination of ocean front luxury rooms and even larger suites with enhanced living rooms.

Two culinary kitchens will  offer breakfast lunch and dinner, as well as health conscious snacks around the clock. The Atlantic Spa will be complete with fitness, yoga and meditation, as well as massage. Knowing that outward appearance promotes inner wellbeing, we also have a beauty salon.  While we work to heal our patient's inner self, they will take pride in looking their best as well.

The Atlantic’s design incorporates a peaceful environment that utilizes a contemporary architectural theme that simultaneously embraces the natural environment of the site and the surrounding area in the creation of a spa-like atmosphere within the structure. Added amenities include indoor/outdoor spaces, two pool areas and two rooftop gardens. The facility will be open and light while at the same time being warm and inviting.  Connecting the outdoor environment to the interior spaces is key part of the design team’s vision and in part, why this site was selected.
